Adv. Res. methods in social and organizational psy
This is a master level course. In this course, students will get to know research methods and designs that are frequently used in Social and Organizational Psychology. We will touch upon paradigms from various fields of research, such as intergroup relations, leadership, power, emotion, motivation, stress, environmental attitudes, teamwork.
Psychology in the workplace
This undergraduate level course offers a theoretical and practical orientation to the psychological approach to work and job design, organizations and organizational change, as well as personnel issues and human resource development. The course covers a wide range of topics, such as the impact of individual differences on work-related variables, personnel selection and evaluation, training and development, attitudes and motivation, leadership and power, group dynamics, as well as organizational structure and climate. The knowledge gained from this course is meant to be relevant and useful to your own personal and professional life.
Stress, Health, and Sustainable Working Life
This is a mster level course. The overall aim of the course is to increase studentĀ“s understanding of sustainable working life and the importance of lowering stress to support well-being and prolong working careers of a workforce composed of people with different backgrounds and conflicting roles.
